Hello Everyone—
I know you all just completed your town hall - I hope you’re as enthusiastic as I am with the positive developments. Last time I shared you all a message, I stated the following: “I am confident in this group. You all are some of the most driven and creative developers we have had the opportunity to collaborate with - and we’re looking forward for that collaboration to endure.”
Given your hard work and adaptability, especially over the past twelve months, you repeatedly show that.
The gamer responses from last fall’s Project ETHOS testing phase was informative. It affirmed the promise of a roguelike shooter but told us we still had refinements needed. It highlighted the necessity for a more distinct identity.
The progress is encouraging to see how far you’ve come. You took the input to heart and overhauled Project ETHOS with a renewed direction - one that’s positioned to fulfill its promise to our players.
The trust in this project strengthens every day. To boost the remarkable advancement you’ve made, It is a pleasure to announce the new hire as the incoming Director of 31st Union. Following some time of discussions, Ben starts with us on the specified date.
His management and experience in the competitive gaming space is extensive, having devoted the recent years developing and managing some of the most popular titles in gaming, for example Call of Duty: Black Ops, and lately, the battle royale hit.
Please join me in receiving him soon. We are all excited to continue witnessing the development of the game in the time to come.
The President
